"The overall sound quality is very good, the construction of the soundbar is first-class and it looks great. It is substantial and heavily built.
Setting-up the soundbar to your personal preference takes time and trial-and-error. The installation instructions are complex and the 'hidden buttons' will remain hidden for most who just want a plug-and-play set-up. The multitude of options, modes and inputs might baffle some.
But the main issue for me is that the case of the soundbar is made from gunmetal brushed stainless steel. Placed below and just in front of your TV (presumably where it was intended to sit), this surface will reflect the light coming from the TV - annoyingly so in my case, it is very distracting. Why the casing isn't made from something less reflective is a mystery. Ultimately I had to position the soundbar on a shelf below the one that the TV was sitting on - a real compromise but it avoided the glare from the TV being reflected in the top of the soundbar casing.
Overall this was a set-back and quite disappointing but the sound quality, once properly set-up, is astonishing. "

"Superb sound bar, only downside is I can’t get it to link through WiFi to my Samsung tv, overall it’s fantastic, base is amazing and it changes how we watch tv. Would recommend this product to everyone. "

"Why would anyone want a sound bar? I thought to myself before Christmas 2018. Then my hubby, whose present this was showed me what I was missing! From movies to computer games the sound from this sound bar made me feel like I was in the centre of the action! So, if you asked me why anyone would want this sound bar, my answer would be; ‘who wouldn’t want it!’ Thank you Samsung...the ball & chain is a happy camper! "

"Having never purchased a soundbar before, I did a fair bit of research and bought this based on other reviews I had read. The sound quality is really impressive, far better than I had expected. It was dead easy to set up too, just had to purchase an optical cable to link it to my TV. All in all, extremely satisfied with this product."
