"This is our first heat pump dryer and I was a bit unsure of what to expect, as some reviews spoke about long drying times. I have to say - not a problem! I wouldn't say a dry takes any longer than my previous dryer. The controls are simple and easy to use and my kids love the musical sounds it makes (which you can turn off!) overall a good, cost effective dryer. "

"Having bought cheaper products previously (that invariably fail just after the warranty period), we chose this dryer and so far we have been very impressed. It is quick, quiet and very efficient. Lets hope it lasts!"

"As stated I was given a four hour slot and the delivery driver rang when he was half an hour away. My tumble dryer, was unpacked as requested and my old one taken away. Everything went like clockwork.i cannot fault AO. I have used them before and will certainly use them again

"After having a broken dryer for a while, was nice not to have towels dried too much on radiators, soft again. More options for drying different materials.and plays a little tune when finished. Easy to understand and use."

"I hadn't ever used a tumble dryer before and frankly trying to buy one was a minefield, I settled on the Samsung and so far have been blown away by the quality of the machine. It's quiet, easy to clean and dries clothes perfectly, this time of year used to be impossible to maintain the washing but now can handle multiple loads a day if necessary! "
