"had the dryer a week now, it is a low cost highly efficient tumble dryer.
Very quiet compared to my old vented dryer, open plan house and no need to turn the tv up when its on bonus ??. I have a lot of samsunf products and they have never failed to impress me, this is not different, well made looks smart and dose an excellent job, dont be put of by the price as you get what you pay for "
"Our old dryer broke so we purchased this one. We were unsure whether to get something cheaper but decided to pay extra due to the energy efficiency rating. Save the planet and all that good stuff.
We have not had one with heat pump technology before but there does not seem to be any more difficulty in general use.
Good features although it is early days and hopefully we will not need to use the warranty but will have piece of mind that if anything goes wrong in the next five years it will be fixed. "

"Having always had condenser dryers in the past, we decided to switch up to a heat pump dryer. The dryer is quieter than we’ve been used too and the sensor drying is excellent! Absolutely love the rack that can be placed in the drum to dry shoes, soft toys etc. - didn’t even realise it came with this either! Would definitely recommend this dryer to others."

"I cannot say how fab this dryer is. From set up to use it’s so so simple. The different functions are great, especially with a large household. It’s soo quiet too, so perfect if your walls are a bit thin! Love the chime to tell you it’s finished but also great that you can easily turn it on or off, so perfect if you’ve popped a wash in before heading to bed. Genuinely the best tumble dryer I have ever used, I’ve even converted the family to heat pump dryers!"

"Have only had the machine just over a week now but the options to dry are good and is quick to dry the clothes compared with the old Bosch model we had. Quite a heavy machine to move and feels solidly built. Machine stands quite tall compared to the Samsung washing machine and only just fitted under the counter top."
