"We’ve always had Bosch in the past for washing machine and tumble dryers but decided to give Samsung a go. (Was swayed by the 5 year warranty on the washing machine bought from a well known high street store but when buying from AI.com it doesn’t seem to qualify for Samsung’s 5 year warranty for the tumble dryer which is disappointing and would now make me think twice about buying from AO.com again. Have had plenty of emails from AO.com about buying extended warranties etc. !!!!!!
That said, AO.com delivered when they said they would and we’re very respectful and professional when they delivered and the company kept me updated on the delivery process.
As far as the tumble dryer is concerned, it’s early days yet and our first venture into heat pump technology but have no complaints at all. Dries very well, machine nice and quiet and has lots of (simple to use) clever ideas. So far very impressed. So far, I’d be very happy to recommend this product. "

"This dryer is absolutely amazing! Plenty of settings to choose from, and a perfect size. I particularly love the sensor which stops the machine after it detects everything is dry - it makes life so much easier and means I'm not using as much electricity! Water does fill quick so am regularly emptying, maybe once every 3 days, but that's no bother at all!"

"This is to replace my old Samsung dryer which was a really good workhorse but the time has come to replace it. So replaced it with another Samsung with a slightly bigger weight handling. They have made useful improvements on this dryer for the better. The dial and buttons are so easy to operate. Dries really well first time. A light in the drum is very useful. An option to connect straight to the waste pipe or manally empty water. A drying rack for items needing flat drying or shoes, really useful. Altogether a superb tumble dryer. Would highly recommend. "
