"Delivered faulty. Over hour on phone at my cost trying to get through then explain fault. Date given for engineer to call then cancelled ? Could not supply new parts. However how do they know what is needed until they inspect it. Several more texts, calls Emails. Date given for replacement then appears to have been changed ? Still none the wiser and left with faulty goods not fit for purpose. A complete and utter farce for something in my opinion that is a very simple and easy fix, the larger gas ring will not ignite Can smell the gas and igniter works. A blockage perhaps ? Anyway you after care service sucks, and would i ever purchase from you again ? What do you think ? "

"I took ages reviewing range cookers of all prices before buying this model.
Did not want to spend a fortune but did want a stylish and practical cooker.
This model is great, easy to clean, easy to use and looks good too.
Cooking in ovens gives even finish from a pie to a roast dinner.
Only comment would be that controls are plastic and doors feel quite light but then you get what you pay for and as long as you are careful, product should last.

"Superb service - the only negative is that when I brought the range cooker off line & paid for fitting - there was no info that when fitting you need to make sure the kitchen cupboards and extractor fan need to be compliant with width & height regulations - obviously mine were not as I fitted the kitchen 14 years ago - hence why the could not fit it in "

"Cooks food very well. There’s a noticeable difference in the food cooked in this oven to our previous one.
The grill door needs to be left open when in use which can cause difficulty if you are also using the oven below it at the same time. It also spreads the smells around the house.
The oven doors open to the side so if the oven isn’t balanced right when open they can be a hazard.
Powerful hobs and ovens heat up quickly. Nice windows and lights to check on food as it cooks."
