"Ordered a cooker and stupidly requested the wrong delivery day, not a problem with AO. I phoned them and spoke with a lovely person called Rose I think and she arranged the delivery for the next day. Saved our Christmas, well done and many thanks. The Beko cooker is great and the delivery guy dropped it just where it was needed. "

"Very frustrating to buy the actual cooker but finally navigated customer service. Delivery and fitter chaps were great but the cooker is a disappointment. One of the dials has already got stuck. 3 days of use and it is starting to go wrong...not good. On the up side though it is much bigger in the actual oven than I thought it would be."

"We bought the oven to go in a makeshift kitchen whilst we undertake building work. Wouldn’t buy one for everyday use, but it does the job perfectly well as a temporary oven."

"My Dad needed a new cooker as his old one no longer worked. It needed to be just a basic cooker with no fancy features. The Beko is perfect for him. It's easy to use and does the job. Good value as well."
