"We were planning to buy the product for long time but we had to return it twice before everyhing was perfect. First time ceramic glass was scratched when it arrived and second time seal around the glass was damaged. Since than our 3rd product works great and has no faults. Service was great and they did replacements withing days and free of charge. "
