"It looks nice! That's about the only positive thing I can say at this point in time.
The hob is okay overall, but the smallest burner doesn't have a secure enough base for small pans to sit on. While some may find the separate grill useful, unfortunately it means the oven space is so tiny you're not just having to be careful about the narrower width but also a lack of height for bigger pots.
On the first one I purchased, the oven flames were soft and orange and wildly uneven. It was impossible to get up to temperature. The grill worked, but was very uneven heat so some bits got burned while others hadn't begun to cook.
Because there was also a scratch on the handle, AO.com arranged a replacement. The engineers they sent were even worse than the first (and the first were awful), and didn't follow any of the assurances AO.com gave me that they'd a) comply with Scottish law about covid precautions and b) do a full check to make sure the gas supply and flames were working correctly.
The oven flames on the replacement are marginally better, and at least seem to eventually get up to temperature now, although still with a worrying amount of orange in the flame and uneven flame height. The grill, on the other hand, is dangerously slow to light, resulting in a cinematic fireball experience coming out beyond the safety lip when it finally catches.
Not sure if I've just been unlucky - I certainly won't ever buy from AO.com again - but based on the two I've tried, I absolutely couldn't recommend this oven. I've contacted Beko in the meantime, in the hope they employ more carefully vetted engineers. "
