"Had this for over 1 year now. it was great for the first 6 months then it started to show wear and tear. The gas took a long time to ignite in the main oven and the grill holding the gas button in for almost 1 minute before it would ignited it. Also i was sat in my living room and heard the massive smash sound and the door exploded on its own accord. I rang the company beko to get a replacement you can only get the glass and needs to be fitted by a professional beko technicians. So i arranged to get this fixed by beko spent £165.00 to get this fixed i waited for 5 days to get it fixed. but they cancel the appointment with out no word of any warning ''they said we cancel it and sorry we didn't tell you'' i went to re book a appointment they said we cant tell when we can you just have to wait to appointment comes a available meaning you can be waiting months for them to fix it.The customer service was a joke and the staff are useless. I would rather spend a little extra on a better design and this is really poorly made. STAY AWAY FROM BEKO"
"Great cooker but bulb went after 3 days, and black on hob started to come off already other than that it is good if on budget."
"The cooker was delivered on time and the engineer made sure the gas meter was working properly before they installed it. The while process took around 30 minutes. Good job"
