"Faulty grill which shouldn’t happen with a brand new product. However the delivery guys were awesome and the process of ordering was very simple. Thankfully we should be able to get a repair (hopefully!) just a shame we have to wait so long for an engineer to visit. New appliances should be tested to make sure they work properly as being without a cooker for 2 weeks with small kiddies really isn’t ideal. Shame as the service and delivery was brilliant! "
