"The product itself was a direct replacement for our trusty old Hoover washing machine that had done a hard 10 years. I mistakenly thought that buying the same brand and an updated model number would mean I didn't have to reconfigure the cupboard door.
The machine is intuitive to use, has lots of different cycles and is really quite quiet even when spinning. A big improvement on my old model is that the countdown timer actually includes all the elements of the cycle including door lock release time!
Little niggles have been things like the integrated door fittings being in a different place and the power cable being on the top right, not the top left so needed a new power socket. This though is more to do with my expectation of an almost like for like replacement rather than a machine fault in itself.
I feel like I got value for money."

"Have had to call an engineer out to look over machine due to high pitched squealing and incredibly noisy and loud shaking when on spin cycle. Is definitely not installation, so this might be a one off. Hoover/Candy are sending an engineer to investigate..."

"Washing machine works well and is quiet, the 1400 spin makes drying clothes a lot quicker! We like that this washing machine can either be used as an integrated machine or not. No negatives at the moment !"

"Very pleased with it. Drum a nice size, dials easy to understand and quiet spin. The only issue is that powder/liquid tray pulls out completely if not careful but once aware of this not a big deal "

"A really great washer. Great price too. The daily wash is only an hour and gets clothes really clean. You can adjust the longer washes to make them shorter. Drum size is great for a family. No negatives so far. "
