The product was delivered promptly by two very nice drivers. However I hadn’t been made aware that the previous cooker could not be disconnected by them. I switched from a gas to an electric cooker - I didn’t realise that a new socket would need fitting either. I haven’t used the cooker yet as I needs to find an electrician. "

Would have been 5 stars if it had arrived undamaged

"Other then the cosmetic damages to it when it arrived and what have you it been working alright, still alot of steam and smoke coming from it but it heats up nice and fast and fits in great, bottom door takes some force to close which is a bit of a pain when you have something hot in your hands"
