"Very disappointed with this oven the temperature of the oven was too low on gas mark 6 so sending it back gobsmacked how beko can send an oven out with such a flaw"

"this cooker was ordered with ease, delivered by the most polite and helpful staff, well done for sorting the mix up to take the old cooker away :-) The cooker is slightly small but great for our needs.
Great to cook and so easy to keep clean. My husband and I are cooking up a storm thank you for our new addition to the family..lol..for such a great price and all sorted so easily"

very confusing and quite a worry for an older person.
I had to label this up myself to ensure that things were working ok which is not the point of a cooker.
