"This is a nice looking cooker and I wanted it to match the other Beko stuff I have in the kitchen, but it didn’t fully work from installation. A qualified gas fitter installed this new cooker but sadly had to inform me that the spark igniter for the grill did not work. As I’m not aloud to comment on the service I received to rectify this issue, either positive or negative I won’t. Overall it’s not the best thing to have something brand new not work and then have to sort out repairs with no compensation. One other thing which is possibly normal but a little distressing is the fact that the cooker smokes and smells of burning grease/plastic/manufacturing for the first ten minutes of operation. Make sure you open a window!!! "
