"Very pleased with communications and delivery. Having said that, the cooker's (oven) thermostat light was loose - having been pushed backwards so it was disconnected from the control panel.
It still works but it was disapointing to find this monor "damage"... and not worth reporting."

"Product is good. Efficient and compact. Perfect for my little annex. I would recomend paying the extra to get it fitted. I assumed it would come with cable. But it didn't. Not really a biggie. But unless you have sparky friends might not be worth the hassle.
But back to the even. Great little cooker ."

"My cooker is perfect and couldn’t of asked for better service,the guys who delivered it were so friendly and brought it all the way in to my kitchen which I may say is very awkward getting to…All in all…Spot on!!"

"It may be a cheap cooker, but it cooks to perfection, it's lightweight, and very big inside the oven, so they'd be no problem with cooking any size turkey at Christmas. It could be a little more user friendly if it had another detachable shelf in the ove/grill area. And there is no light, but a large glass door. But all in all, a great buy. "
