The ordering was easy and instructions on how to order fantasticly precise.
The delivery was early with a selection of time slots which made it very convenient for me, and the delivery mennwere more than helpful and professional, and there was no delivery charge.
I was contacted by their customer services team and kept informed from beginning to end concerning my order and found them charmingly professional but not pushy.
My order was not an expensive one but the service and quality of the product was as if I had spent thousands and ordered regularly.

"Great product for an elderly customer, dials are easy to use, not complicated.Choose a conventional oven, as fan can get too hot to handle for her. The colour is great, and stands out with the black against the white.
Grill is large, and ideally should have a handle. Luckily she has one from previous grill, and it connects for easy handling. "
