"Decent product with good sound. Easy to set up the only problem I have is because bluetooth is the only way to connect to the tv. the sound can be out of sinc. They should at least supply the cables to connect direct to the tv. "

"Prior to purchasing this bad boy i have been watching HD telly through a 2012 model i bought back in the day. When that went on the blink it was time for an upgrade so after hearing positive things abut AO customer service i gave them ago. Firstly i have no idea around what to look for in a telly apart from 1. is it big? 2. How easy is it to use?
AO Customer service team were fantastic and explained exactly what i should be looking for and what would benefit me the most ( I love a good old footy match) after this i was able to find this Samsung TV and after purchase was offered a soundbar at a very good price which i snapped up.
The TV is fantastic....It's very easy set up and explains each step with little messing around. I was able to get all the features working first time and get my Sky hooked up too. The soundbar is also fantastic and will be a new feature when hosting parties.. Delivery was on time and both drivers were very polite and made sure everything in the box wasn't damaged before i signed for it.
Overall a great experience and easy purchase i'm very happy with and i have the confidence if anything goes wrong AO will fix it ASAP.... "
