"Many freezers that we have owned have had noisy pump systems, particularly upright ones. and end up sounding like a Blue whale calling in the depths of the Arctic ocean. Not with this freezer though, which has barely a murmur, just a slight click on start. Once down to temperature, which happens very quickly, the pump hardly cuts in at all, mostly when you open the door. Another bug-bear in the past has been door operation. Either the doors have slammed shut or have been difficult to open due to excessive magnets, or the door refused to stay closed letting cold air escape. Not with this freezer though, which has a very good balance between staying shut and easy opening, it also has a nice soft seal around the door. We really like the large central tray, which allows very efficient storage of awkward sized boxes of food. All said, this freezer does seem to be very efficient and simple to use, and offers very good value for money."

"A really great freezer, a fabulous addition to our house. Taking advantage of seasonal gluts from the allotment, neighbours allotments and end of day reduced stock from the supermarket. Starting the New Year organised and know it was a perfect buy. "
