"Seems to work fine. If I had small children I would be concerned that the flat front panel creates greater risk of touching the black pan supports that get very hot. our old hob had an angled panel that stopped hands accidentally sliding across."

"Bought this to replace my 12 year old Neff stainless steel 5 burner hob. It was the only one that would fit into the granite work top so had little choice if I wanted a Neff. Chose Neff as all other products are Neff. Sadly this one seems to stain and show more marks more easily and is definitely much thinner and the satinless steel does not feel as thick or solid as the old one .
On the positve side there is more control on the burners with more controlled settings. The control knobs click into position for 9 different heat settings. There are 3 pan supports so cleaning them in the sink or dish washer is easier than before as old one only had 2 pan supports.
I've only had this new appliance for 2 weeks so early days. "
