"Had ordered a slightly cheaper Neff gas hob as the one I really wanted was out if stock. Got message to say back in stock, telephoned AO to cancel ordered one and substitute with Neff N70...no problem. Arrived on specified day, looks great......not yet fitted but if on par with my previous NEFF I will be pleased "

"I wish I had treated myself to a new hob sooner! Stunning looking hob. Goes perfectly in our kitchen. Such sturdy parts, the pots and pans no longer wobble when I'm cooking! It's also fantastic to be able to cook on such a low heat so things don't boil over. The men who came to fit it were fantastic and so friendly. Overall I have zero complaints! "
