"Although Bosch customer services are diabolical, we opted to purchase this hob. It was a replacement from a Bosch Gas hob (just 6 months old) and have to say that this hob is awesome in so many ways. Just hope I never have to deal with Bosch customer services again. Just make sure that all your pan bases are compatible (magnetic). The hob itself is so quiet and faster than a gas hob."
