"Looks immaculate when fitted but after first use the burner caps discoloured and my new hob looked tired and damaged. Disappointed I called AO and was directed to Bosch who then asked me to email and after a couple of days was told that the hob operates at high heat and discolouration is expected...after the first use? The hob works as you expect albeit the heat works from high to low so be careful when turning off if you are used the reverse. I expected better customer service from Bosch as all 5 burner caps are looking tired in my new kitchen. "
