"We received our freezer very promptly with no problems. We took it out of the packaging and found a bag of 'bits'. Realising there were no door handles and bare metal strips we tried to figure out where all the bits went. My husband gave up after half an hour of trying to fit them with no instructions, so now we have a brand new fridge freezer that has a bag of bits attached to the door. It looks like dreadful, half finished. I tried to email the company to no avail. I realise this is due to the virus lockdown but really disappointed with this item. "
