"Would give it 5 stars, but it let's itself down by not having a visible line on the control knobs. My elderly aunt loves it but finds it difficult to see if the hob is in the off position. A bit of tippex (remember that stuff) helped, everything else is spot on. AO service was once again fanbloodytastic. "

"Really nice Hob for the price. Heats up super quick.
It does take quite a while to cool down and there is no indicator that the plates are still hot.
Also there are slightly protruding screws where the hob has been put together. This is not an issue in it self but as the hob I was replacing has completely flat sides it meant cutting a small part out of the worktop to make it fit."

"Purchased as an alternative for a ceramic ringed hob for a rental property we look after. Worked a treat, please note does not include cable and manufacturers instructions advise a 2.5mm suitably heat proof cable be used. This is worth noting as most mainstream jobs are 4mm-6mm. Although acceptable to use larger cables it may prove tricky getting them into the terminals.
No issues during installation. Works a treat.
As per usual delivery drivers were prompt, polite and above all professional. Well done again AO. "

"I bought this for my elderly parents they wanted knobs which is great but there is only a line on the knob to show you what temperature you are using. I think there needs to have some kind of white line on it to help. Please note there is no light indicator on it to show hob is still hot, which we knew when we purchased. Apart from that they are very happy with it "
