"I bought this to replace a hob i’d had for many years only wanted to replace it because my old one only had 1 halogen plate wish I hadn't bothered the new 1 was supposed to be the same size in fact it was a few mil wider so fitting was delayed so the work top could be cut I was pleased initially as the hob looks good but it's hard to use as you can't see which knob controls which plate, black knobs on black plate not very clearly marked & there's no indicator to show when plate is still hot which even my old one had so now wishing I hadn't bothered to replace it "

The Hotoiint hob came without a user guide and instructions menu. I was fobbed off by telesales telling me hotooint no longer provide these leaflets. I feel as if I have had someone else's returned produce.
Will never purchase from them again."
