"Don't buy what ever you do. Mine is faulty, engineer came to replace part the brand new part doesn't work at all. I have now been told we have to wait 2 weeks for anther part. ..."
"Bought this and hoped that Hotpoint was a name in the industry. It was delivered and installed and after just 15 minutes it started malfunctioning. If we put anything on the hob, or just tap it with your finger the hob shut him self off. Called hotpoint and they said they can send an engineer out to us in one week. Really? So i am expected to eat ready meals for a week? I am returning this and never buy from hotpoint."

"Hob looks nice and is easy to use with many functions, however as I have found out, sometimes if you turn the temp down stand and wait before walking off as it will turn the temp up to 8 on its own, this is a very dangerous problem. ! will be phoning Hotpoint asap for a full refund or replacement!"

"Our kitchen needed sprucing up. All the decor is in good condition, but the appliances were showing their age. The built-in oven was replaced a short while ago, and is now complemented by this stylish hob. The touch controls take a little getting used to, but make us feel really trendy! So glad we chose this item."
