First time using all four plates rather than just two and the entire unit has malfunctioned, despite being used to simmer on three of the four rings. Part not in stock so will be without a hob for another 12 days - making 22 days in total so far."

"The hob is perfect. It was purchased to replace my Whirlpool Hob. It was delivered on time with AO keeping me well updated on when to expect it. It was very easy to fit. However my only criticism is that it did not come with an electrically lead and if I had handed over my old hob I would have been without a lead as I would not have thought to take it from the old one. "
