"The new hob is working fine. Looks good, easy to clean and the controls are simple.
I was glad I'd paid for ao.com to do the installation though. The engineer was very experienced and did a good job, but the hob itself was difficult to set up. He had a very hard time wrestling with the connections and fittings, since the finish to the less glamorous parts of the machine is remarkably poor. I have fitted an electric cooker myself, and would not have wanted to try with this one! So be warned - good item, does just what you want it to do, but don't fit it yourself unless you have a lot of sticking plasters and don't react to the sight of blood. "

"Absolutely love it. We had a glass hob put in and it was so annoying to use. It kept switching itself off if you walked past it, or didnt go on at all unless your fingers were at 100 degrees !! This is perfect, great price, speedy delivery big buttons and works!! Cannot ask for anything else. We wipe any spills off immediately and the plates still look black (you can get a cream that you put on to keep it black so will have to get that again). Brilliant never go anywhere else other than AO. All our appliances are bought with them. "
