"I had bubbles appear under the glass after first use.
After contacting AO they put me through to the manufacturer. Indesit customer service was shocking to say the least. They eventually sent out an engineer to check. He confirmed the glass was faulty and the unit was replaced however the replacemnt unit is worse! Large circular bubbles under the glass after the second time I used the product. I do not recommend this product."

"We bought this as a replacement to one for a house we rent out. It was easy for the electrician to install and responsive to the touch commands - we’d chosen touch control to make cleaning easier. Timer is good too!"

"I've put off getting a new hob for ages because I'm used to gas, but eventually took the plunge...
And I'm truly impressed. This is much more responsive than older electric hobs so there's no longer the huge gas/electric differential, and incredibly efficient with good, even heat distribution. The controls are clear and intuitive and it is much, much safer than gas - no chance of overflowing water putting out the flame, or the cat treading on a knob and blowing up the house. And a happy bonus, it really looks the business and is so easy to clean.
The gas/electric divide will never truly be bridged but this makes it so narrow that, unless you're a real foodie, I think the advantages of these make up and I certainly don't miss the PITA aspects of gas - no fiddly controls to clean, no clogging, no igniters (the ones on gas hobs always break) or to make sure I always have fuel for them, or matches when I can't find the stupid things....I'm fact, why didn't I buy this years ago?"

"Really impressed with this hob. Very good value, looks like a high end product and feels quality to the touch. It even has decent fixing clips to hold it in place when fitting which was a nice change. All in all very pleased. "
