"If I could give zero stars then I would.
Just before it's second birthday the machine stopped working with an error code (water not heating). Our machine had minimal usage and was like new condition as there are just two of us who live in the house.
I called AO who kindly agreed to split the engineer repair fee as the item was less than two years old. The engineer comes, fixes machine. First use it breaks, same fault. Out come the engineers again, fix the same part. Next use, maching breaks again same fault, only this time floods our kitchen. Out come the engineers again, fixed again, rubbish excuse given. Frrst use machine breaks again and floods the kicthen. Call AO they agree to give us £50 towards another company. Get a local engineer out who fixes it. First use again machine floods the kicthen. There's a theme here. Each time every engineer visits they say it should work fine. It just doesn't. It has today just been repaired for the fifth time. I haven't used it yet but do not have faith. It is a cheap machine, but that various engineers cannot fix the thing is beyond a joke. With this in mnd I cannot give this machine a good rating. Horribly, when it worked it was good, but a machine that breaks after less than two years and cannot be repaired is an absolute joke. Also, 0800 repair take over a week to send an engineer everytinme it is reported, resulting in us now being without a dishwasher for several weeks. I am praying it doesn't break tonight. "

"we ordered a new dishwasher as ours started failing we picked the Electra as it had the place settings and programmes we needed. we have had it for a few weeks now and it washes great and everything comes out clean and dry I would recommend giving it a go"
"What a fantastic dishwasher. The 30 minute quick cycle is fantastic. Despite there being so many programmes; it is so so easy to use!
My partner didn’t agree that it would clean a Pyrex dish used to make cauliflower cheese but without even rinsing it, it cleaned it up beautifully on a standard cycle!
Would definitely recommend! "
"Good value dishwasher. Cleans well with plenty of room. Only downside is my plates are too large for plate rack in front of soap dispenser. "
