"Sadly our Candy dryer only made it to three weeks before it made a load grinding noise and then a regular ticking sound - Hoover/Candy engineer due to come and check it soon but we do now regret choosing this brand. Looks good design wise just seems to be badly made."

"I thought this would be great but after 3 fixes within the 2 year guarentee period, it has now just gone past that and died on me again. Cutting my losses and throwing it out!! Never buying a Candy again"

"Dreadful design. You have to remove a front panel at floor level, which then falls off. Pull out water unit and empty.
Then put it back to floor level and reattach the panel hooks. All too awkward.
Dreadful design. Do not buy this model."

"Love all the things this tumble dryer does, I needed a condenser & this was the most reasonably priced with a big capacity. It has plenty of drying options, some I thought were unnecessary but I’ve found I’m using them all. The only downside is that I can’t control it from my iPhone, it states there is an app which I can download but it is an Android device which can control the dryer. Not a major point but I think it should be advertised more clearly! Overall I’m very happy with my purchase!!"

"I have been struggling to understand the programmes and the instruction manual is not very clear. Hopefully I will manage to get some laundry dry soon!"
