"Product arrived on time, kept informed of delivery time/date via AO app and driver telephoning before arrival. A bit disappointed by some parts of the Candy Tumble dryer - dries clothes all OK, however the water collector is situated at the bottom of the dryer and a bit of a pain to remove and empty. Our dryer is located in our garage and when remove it I seem to take half my knuckles with it (they scape along the floor as the handle to pull out the water container is underneath) - will have to put some carpet underneath the dryer to soften the blow. To remove it you have to take the bottom part of the dryer off - this is really flimsy and gives me no confidence it will last, when you replace the water container and reattach the bottom of the dryer, it seems to need a good shove to click back in place and I am not sure if this will break after a while, the hinges are plastic and do not seem that robust. Our previous tumble dryer we had had for 20+ years and the water container was located in a drawer at the top, which was a lot easier to remove and empty. Next time will ensure to add water container location to my list of requirements for a tumble dryer."

Would definitely recommend.
