"I received my new tumble dryer 5 weeks ago and it has developed an error. I am very disappointed to be told that I have to wait 5 days until an engineer can attend. Apart from that I had been pleased with the product. "

"Only has fixed serrkng. 9kg machine but only 2of the settings are for that weight of drying and then it took nearly four hours to dry. Instruction manual is a waste of time. Learned more from you tube. Can Operate With A Smart phone (not every One Has One ) e

"Had a Hoover dryer previously.Nice big drum , good build quality and nice to look at . Not used all the settings so still trying them out to see which one dries large , medium loads etc. Happy with it so far. Love the ' one touch ' button.

"I had the condenser one and hated it the minute i used it. Within 10 months got this new vented one, It drys so quickly and quietly,The kitchen doesn't steam up anymore, Only one thing is its so light when i open the door it moves forward "

"Having had a sensor condenser dryer for the last few years, it finally gave up the ghost and enabled me to go back to a vented dryer - what a difference!. Drying clothes takes half the time - there is a sensor on this new dryer too - and in fact the clothes come out better. There's no emptying of the water container, the condenser filter does not get fluffed up and clogged stoping the drying from working. The Hoover dryer is simple to use, works very well and is quick - which given how often it's on, is a good thing. It's not particularly quiet - I don't know why they can't make dryer drugs rotate as quietly as washer drums, but they never do. Saying that it's in a utility room so out of the way. I would like to know what heat level is applied in the different programmes as it does not specify anywhere, but so far it's worked great and nothing has shrunk! Overall very pleased"
