"The only thing I like about this product is the price. Hoover historically is a good brand however when it arrived it looks cheap in comparison to other brands I have purchased in the past. The on/off button looks terrible.
The dryer has been installed correctly yet when in operation it is very noisy. Not impressed!"

"Brilliant dryer. App doesn’t work if you have an iPhone though. And clip that attaches the vent hose to the back of the machine isn’t suitable. Doesn’t clip tight so whatever room you put the dryer into will get wet through use. "

"Excellent value for money. Great looking machine which takes a huge load great for a family wash. Really like the small load programme which takes 50 minutes and works well for towels. Easy to use and empty filter. "

"I've had this dryer now for over a year and I have to say you need to use it with caution as several times it's left burn marks on our clothes - some pretty bad ones.
1) we reported the issue
2) they refunded us the cost of the sheets (not cheap) and work shirts - thank you Hoover, no complaints there (forms and receipts as per expected)
3) engineer came round and informed us to give the sense drying a wide birth. Shame as now we have to dry all for 1hr and then hang as it's tricky to get the drying time right and not damaging clothes in the process. So air on the side of caution.
We've had several occasions now where our sheets are left with burn marks, so many occasions I've taught myself how to get rid of the burns (crystal oxi, cold water and bleach on the really bad areas - whites only of course)
I am now considering going back to our cheeper dryer (Hoover Vision HD Class B sensor dry) we used it for years and have the same dryer in our gym business and it has never once burnt our clothes and we used the sensor settings with complete peace of mind.
Shame really when you buy something more expensive, you expect better results.

"A nice tumble dryer. Yet to use all the programs but so far so good. The only negative is the poor fit between the dryer and exhaust vent. Got the flexible vent duct attached finally but still not as sealed and secure as i would like. This needs tweaking at Hoover. "
