"Fantastic service from AO again! Can’t be beaten on price or customer service. Product I wanted, at a reasonable price and speedy delivery. Product is easy to use, economical and despite other reviews I think it’s a quiet dryer compared to my previous model.
Spacious drum and a simple turn dial to required setting and start button. It even calculates the exact drying time for you depending on the load. Love it!"

"After the machine was delivered noticed a very loud knocking noise when the drum was turning, had an engineer come out who admitted there was a manufacturing fault with the dryer. He then tried to knock a dent out of the drum with a hammer. He has made the knocking noise slightly quieter but it's a brand New machine I don't accept this they will be getting yet another call and no doubt I have to wait another month for them to come and sort it. Extremely disappointed with the brand."

"I hate this tumble dryer. It works but takes a long time to dry. The reason for me hating this dryer is that you press a button to start drying and it beeps but it doesn’t always start even though it beeped so you have to press start again and sometimes again till you see the dryer tumbling. On numerous occasions I have pressed the start and heard the beep but not waited and then when I go back to put next load in there it is sat with previous wet washing in!!!!! I just wish it wouldn’t beep so fooling you to thinking it’s going to start!!!!"
