"Great product. Took a little time to work out the instructions on drying cycle but realised the if you want cloths completely dry (rather than just hanger dry) this will only work on certain settings. Did find that even though the time shown on the display may for instance show 2 1/2 hours the drying time was no where near that e.g only 60 minutes. This does depend on the types of things being dried i.e. general clothes or towels. Like anything new it just takes a little time to get used to it. Good hints and tips out there from other that customers have put up which we used."
