"Was really happy with this purchase but thought the NFC option to control the dryer was pointless as you had to be at the dryer for it to work and I was unable to get my dryer to recognise my Android phone. Overall though, a very nice dryer."

"I bought this as I wanted a matching black washer/dryer set. I do not remember the other black one at the time of purchase (it matches better) so I ended up with this one. I have had an engineer here 3 times in 7 months. Now I have to wait a week (again!) for another part. I will be at the laundry mat this weekend drying 3 beds worth of bedding and towels and am so annoyed! I cannot recommend this at all. Hoover do not seem bothered by this and will only keep sending an engineer. "

"Machine worked great for about three months, but developed a fault where the dryer would not produce heat and error E08 on display.called Hoover who responded very quickly and sent a engineer. On the engineers visit he notified us the fuse on the thermostat had gone and this was very common fault on this model, he the advised use to turn the machine off after every use and not to use the delay timer as if the machine is on and the dial is on the drying setting this fuse will burn out.
Hoover have agreed to refund us and the customer service was very good however this fault apparently is very common which is ok while the dryer is under warranty but after that expect to spend out on labour costs."

"instruction book has more dos and don't than a catholic school! i only want to put wet clothes in, turn it on and take them out dry!! it arrived damaged but was only cosmetic, or so we thought? finally gave up the ghost with an er08 error ( common fault apparently) and had to call engineer out after just a month of very light use"
