"This tumble dryer looks smart and expensive and surprisingly robust, within 1 hour of arrival it was put in use, at first trying to workout how to use it following the manual was very confusing, but with perseverance and hope we got there! It has a very generous size drum making light of daily heavy duty washing, we chose the programme for extra large wash, it gives you the choice of drying temperatures, and times, you can even delay your dryer and set it to come on later, there is even an app for those that dare..but for basic users like myself keeping it simple is also an option, clothes, beddings, coats came out perfect and the tumble dryer did not seem to feel like it was over hot and the clothes overly dry, this tumble dryer has been used at least twice a day since it landed and seems to raise to the challange set each time, never disappointing! The water tray is located at the very base at the front of the dryer and is easily accessible, and you get a reminder pop up on display should you forget, the filter is in plain sight once you open the door, just take out open empty click shut and put back..simple...perfect addition necessary for the needs of my huge and busy household."

"As soon as the dryer arrived I was amazed by the features and the design of the tumble dryer. However as a large family (of 5) with lots of laundry to dry, I have noticed it's definitely not the fastest dryer. I do like the one touch technology however I've found sometimes it's very difficult to operate the dryer. Generally a great dryer though and I'd recommend it to anybody "

"The touch screen on this is horrific, you have to put your whole thumb on it to make it work (it doesn't tell you this in manual), its some "clever " design so you don't press it by accident, the problem is its difficult to make it start. I know exactly how i should do it but i have to concentrate to switch it on, its farcical. Also the display broke in the first couple of weeks then they took months to send an engineer to fix it. AVOID ANY HOVER/CANDY WITH THIS DISPLAY
also the fluff collector is rubbish.
Also its complicated enough to have the default not dry thing
Couldn't regret buying this more
