"This tumble dryer is fabulous. It is not as noisey as my old one and takes a much bigger (10kg) maximum load. I was amazed at how much fluff collects in the filter compartment so I need to make sure it is emptied after every use. Easy to use so very happy."

"My new hoover condenser drier is absolutely fantastic, works like a dream when you get to grips with the technology. It's a bit noisy when it first starts up, but that's probably alot to do with the rattling floorboards on the first floor. Overall fantastic. "

"My only criticism is not the appliance but the booklets that come with it. The lovely glossy booklet is not about the dryer but how to use a washer. While the booklet on the actual dryer is not the most helpful."

"Hoover are a brilliant make and all the previous machines I’ve had are perfect.
This machine is not so good. The start button has to be pressed multiple times to get it to start. Sometimes it starts straight away, other times it takes 10-20 presses. I think I may have bought a faulty one.
I must say I am so impressed with the customer service level of AO though. They called me to ask if I was happy. I explained my problem and they collected and replaced the machine the very next day. I also asked if I could change to a more expensive model and pay the difference which they happily agreed to. What a brilliant company. "
