"Well what can I say. It's hard to get excited about a tumble dryer! There's a lot of settings I won't use. Surely cool, medium and hot should suffice? I bought it specifically because of its high capacity so was disappointed to learn that the 10kg load only applies to 1 specific cycle and it only recommends 5kg's ish on most loads. That said, it dries the clothes fast and is usually finished before the next load of washing has finished. "

"Very good machine, very quite and dries well once you've figured out the settings. Instructions are vague and only tell you what each switch and button does but not how to set the required buttons in conjunction to obtain the the required finish. There would probably be scope for this, if the instruction booklet didn't cover other models and just concentrated on the model purchased.
As it is though it's more a case of twiddle the knob, press the buttons then suck it and see...

"I have found this machine not the greatest but it does the job. The clothes are usually creased unless doing a small load. The touch button’s don’t always register my fingers so I find putting the child lock on can take some time. "

"Very disappointed in this model. It says it takes 10kg loads but there is only 1 program that allows a 10kg load and this always ends up feeling damp. When splitting into 2 loads it still takes 3 hours per load therefore taking 6 hours to dry 1 wash.
The tank in the door is a great idea and very easy to empty.
Nice and quiet
No manual sent with machine so had to download one online. Very complicated to work."
