"Connected up easily. Easy and simple to work. Fantastic results. Quick wash I use most. The dryer is longer times than on a single dryer, I had a single dryer which would take 40 mins to dry clothes, at minimum this takes 1 hour 20 mins. But it works well. "

"Having not bought a new washing mashine for years (previously rented in places that came with the cheapest available), we were pleasantly surprised by how well this machine ran. It's intuitive when it comes to the settings, the machine knows how much washing is there or how wet it is and adjusts to stay efficient and effective. The first couple of washes the drum squeaked as it span but that settled down after a day or two and now it runs really smoothly. Would recommend. Good solid machine for the price. "

"I’ve always bought Hoover products and they’ve lasted well so chose this. It’s quite noisy and the drum squeaks on the wash function but apart from that, I’m pleased. I’ve not quite worked out how to use all the settings and functions but overall it’s a great machine. "

"I hate this machine!
What is the point of selling it as a smart device when it doesn’t connect with your phone? I have an android smart phone yet despite trying everything this machine will not connect with my phone so all the extra programmes are useless.
The wash programmes are fairly basic, the manual gives very little explanation of what the active steam does or when to use it? At the end of each wash only programme the washing comes out hot??
It sounds like a whiny child when it kicks into its spin cycle and the overly sensitive touchpad changes things for you when you’ve barely even looked at it! "
