"First time we’ve owned a combine washer dryer, in the past we’ve always bought separates. It’s so easy having them as one unit. Lots of choice of programme. Great being able to choose the spin speed. We’re happy with our choice and the washing smells beautiful when it comes out of the machine."

"At first I did find the programs a bit confusing when I read the manual but after setting the first wash and dry up it soon became really clear.
Everything I have washed so far has come out how I expect and I am really pleased with the dryer as it works perfectly the cycles have finished at the perfect time, not still damp etc
I haven’t yet tried all of the features/programs but looking forward to it! "

"This machine seemed to get really hot and wouldn't dry. At some point it required 4 hours to dry 5 shirts. Needless to say I've returned it.
On the flip side;
AO is an incredible company and I trust them 100% from now on, all of my appliances will be bought this way. The customer service was outstanding. Bernard to be exact. I have a new machine and love it. Thanks AO! You guys are awesome. "
