"I have had this machine for 2 years and overall this washing machine works well and has a good capacity. The steam clean feature results in a sopping wet garment rather than one that is refreshed and ready to use - so you might as well just wash it. However, the main issue is that there is no hose on the front of the machine, so if the filter does become blocked, you just have to let all the water flood onto the kitchen floor as the outlet is too low to get any kind of receptacle underneath it. It's such a common complaint that I do feel that some thought should have been given to it. "

"Good washing machine but the addition of the app makes it incredible. Doesn't seem much to begin with as the dial "only" features about 10 washing/drying programmes. The addition of the app with one touch though extends those programmes in a multitude of ways and even allows you to personalise your wash and dry (and save the settings for the future) and then just use one touch to programme the machine and off it goes (adjusting timings as it needs to to reflect the weight of the washing or the moisture of the drying load).
I didn't ever think I'd get excited about a washing machine but this one has absolutely blown me away.
On a more normal note - excellent washing, even at 20 degrees, superb drying, average noise levels."
