"It took me a while to read the instructions then when I had a go with it the machine done all the work, the controls are very high standard and it was like having someone else do all the thinking behind washing and drying with the tap of a button, I was very impressed with when it said it was on its last minute that minute only took 2 minutes 48 as previously other washer dryers I've had to wait a good 20 minutes of seeing that last minute. When it changed to drying it initially said it would be 3 hours 49 but the sensors in it quickly changed that an it was dry in just over an hour, I highly recommend this product to anyone who doesn't have time to keep an eye on the washing as it was like having a maid do the work for me thanks guys "

"Overall I am incredibly happy with the service that I received from AO right from the purchase of the machine, the delivery then unfortunately the replacement.
The original machine had a fault (E08) which was an issue with the motor/brushes. I contacted AO who then spoke to the manufacturer and the machine was collected and replaced two days later. Our new machine is fantastic and we are really pleased at its functions and performance. "

"Had 2 of these machines and returned both with the same fault. I thought I was just unlucky the first time but the replacement had the same issue. The machine threw up an Error code E08, which is not in the book. When checked online this is a motor/brushes issue, which may explain why when I tried the tumble dryer the whole machine was too hot to touch. Im sure if you have children this would burn them. Hoover not helpful, but managed to get a return. Will be getting a different brand next. Avoid this machine, I think there is a faulty batch of motors but Hoover will not admit that. "

"Excellent product so far, big loads, everything comes out clean and it dries well, although I often have to split my wash load in two to get it dry. Not too noisy. "
