"Having had my old washing machine for 15 years it was difficult to decide on a new model. This Hoover has proved beyond expectation the 14 minute wash is wonderful!!! I used to wait for well over 90 minutes.Now by the time I have had breakfast the washing is ready for the line."

"I'm finding the machine absolutely frustrating! That's in general and especially the dryer function. I don't want everything dried within an inch of its life and can't seem to work out how to dry something for, say, 10, 15, 20 minutes etc - machine seems to insist on drying everything for a minimum of 2 hours. Got this for my Mum as she insisted on having a Hoover again, but I can't suss it out, so she will be utterly confused! I'm NOT in love with this at all...it's trying to be far too clever and decide for me what it thinks I might want. Instruction booklet is totally hopeless, does not help, assumes you know wat the functions are. Can anyone direct me to a simple guide?? So far, I absolutely hate the thing."

"My first washer dryer. Is quite loud compared to my old washing machine, but works very well. The dryer function is a lifesaver. Excellent amount of cycles, the one touch function is a little bit of a gimmick, but again, that works well. It it good to know about energy consumption etc that the app provides. Would recommend. "
