"Had the washer dryer for nearly a month, so far so good am getting through trying the different programs - although see my comment below about the Rapid feature. It is louder than I thought it would be. As I Iive in a small flat and my kitchen doesn't have a door it can be quite noisy at times - particularly the drying programs. Drum is nice and big. I can't use the 'one touch' option as this is only for Android phones and not IOS - I knew this before I purchased but I think its daft to have such a feature but only limited to Android when majority of people have IOS phones - Hoover sort it out!
Unfortunately mine didn't come with a paper instruction manual so working out how to use the Rapid washing feature (main reason I bought this machine) was not straight forward even after phoning AO and them emailing me the manual and also asking them how to work this function (they too couldn't work it out). At the time I was told by AO that I had the option to to get an engineer out and if the machine wasn't faulty and it was basically me not understanding how to use it then I would be charged £129 for the engineer!!!! Needless to say this did not go down well with me particularly as I have been unfortunately jobless for months and as my other washer dryer decided to die on me I had to get another one. It took me further 2 days to work it out the Rapid feature and be able to use it - quite unnecessarily frustrating! Since being able to use it the Rapid feature is really good."

"Its a good little washer dryer it takes a bit of time to dry things but that's expected with a washer dryer but if you put it on in the morning before going to work its all dry by time you get home or before going to bed. So much easier then using 2 separate machines. "
