"I am quite happy with this product. The spin on it is great, and the touchscreen element is great.
The machine arrived with a dent, but the team were very quick to resolve the problem once I gave them a call.
The delivery team were late, but helpful once they got here.

"We purchased this washing machine because we needed an upgrade and having recently purchased the Dynamic Next tumble dryer, we wanted to stick with Hoover. Unfortunately it seems this was not the best idea. Whilst there is nothing bad about this machine, it is just not that great. It washes ok and is very quite which is good. However the short washes are useless as the clothes are still wet at the end of them and therefore I have to give them an extra spin. Also, as an iPhone user, I can’t access the programmes via my mobile. So the two main features in purchased the washer for don’t work. That said, the 59 minute wash is good and as already stated, it is very quite."
