"More settings than my old hoover model and alot more quiet. Has the rapid washes for when your in a hurry and the 59min wash is 1200 spin. Overall pretty happy. The draw however is a little stiff. "

"It took me a long time to decide which washing machine to buy and now it is installed I'm delighted with its operating programmes and especially the 1600 spin cycle which is especially good for the winter months when I cannot dry washing outside. It's also got a 9kg size drum so I will be able to wash large items when Spring Cleaning arrives. "
"This is the worse machine we have owned problems from start
Bought in April got extra insurance to ( don’t bother it’s a waste of money)
Had engineers out twice due to sounding like a jet engine within 2 months
Then when I opened door smoke poured out had to wait 2 weeks for an engineer. It’s an intermittent fault and didn’t do it for engineers so wouldn’t do anything. It now does it about every 3 weeks leaving clothes smelling of burning
Now the door seal is coming away.
I am getting rid I do not think it is safe to use I couldn’t afford to replace my new machine until now (and I can’t really afford to now but needs must)
I am concerned that it will catch fire and hover is not interested we have 3 children and a 78 year old in my house and it’s 3 story’s I am concerned about getting everyone out
This needs to be scrapped"
