"Wide range of features slightly complicated especially the connecting to your phone for a novice (silver surfer).
My last machine was a 9 kilo load & 1600 spin as is this one but drum much smaller and spin not as dry. On the 1600 spin much noisier than expected. I would recommend only for price."

"Bought this machine because it has a 1600 spin similar to my last machine (Not a Hoover). The only program where it will spin at 1600 rpm is the 60 degree for whites. No use to me. It increases costs when using a dryer. Am trying to return to AO. Have phoned Hoover for help but they say non of their machines offer 1600rpm on all programs. "

"This is a really great washing machine with a great load capacity, perfect for most average steed households. It feels solid, looks great with the addition of the silver door, and it works a dream!
I love the program range and the ease of use is a huge plus when you want to get the washing on quickly. The machine also automatically adjusts to the weight of the load, reducing energy usage hugely.
The app connectivity is also a great little feature and allows you to monitor your loads and washing, anything app related for me is a pro!
I’d highly recommend this washing machine, it would make a great addition to most homes. "

"There are lots of features on this product which on paper sound great however in reality, unless my particular dryer is faulty it is very difficult to programme even for a straight forward load. The instructions do not help even when followed to the letter. Quite honestly on 4/5 occasions I struggle to get it started."
