"Read the reviews before buying this washer all I’ll say is it’s ok. 9kg capacity is what I needed and spin speed of 1600 is great and looks good, the downside is it is so noisy not what I expected but I’m stuck with it I guess ??"

"I specifically chose this machine because of the Hoover Wizard app, which is supposed to let you control your appliance from your smartphone. But it doesn't work with iphones - despite it being on the App Store, which is somewhat misleading. Reading the reviews for the App I'm definitely not the only one - it only gets one star). The washing machine itself is great, I don't have any issues with it, but it's a shame that the main reason why people will choose it in the first place won't be suitable for a high proportion of the population. You should make this clearer in the product description. "
